regardless of whether the use was due to the fault of our customer or of a third party. But there is

2 - Local city and county taxes and fees vary greatly in the different states. They include sales and
use taxes, income taxes as well as regulatory and business license fees and taxes. These
requirements are not covered by the IncSmart Registered Agent service. But there is good news. We
have a Business License and Permit service.
3 - Failure to receive notices from IncSmart does not relieve the entity of its obligation to file reports
and pay taxes. The customer should become aware of these fees by visiting the FAQ web page from
the state the entity is registered. An entity should always notify the proper state officials of any
changes in names and address' as well as its accounting year. An entity may become delinquent with
respect to these requirements. But there is good news. Delinquencies can always be corrected.
